Strict in house quality control ensures all work is of the highest standard, whether it is a straight forward shotblast and prime of structural steel or a full aesthetic multi-coat anti-corrosion system.

Our fully trained and experienced staff treat each job on its' own individual merits ensuring specifications are followed precisely, making regular quality checks of blast profiles, wet film thickness, dry film thickness, masking details etc.

All work is programmed into a production schedule, arranged with the client, which enables us to complete complicated multi-coat systems on time, every time to a high degree a competency.

We only insist that the client allows adequate time to apply the specified system, in line with paint manufacturers' curing guidelines. Adequate curing time is essential.

If you are unsure of which anti-corrosive paint system to have applied to your work, please contact a member of our technical department, who will be more than happy to work in conjunction with you, the client, and the paint manufacturers to recommend the best possible system specific to your requirements.
